How can place a cancellation request on the Dogfather?
Cancellation requests can be raised only before the time we dispatch your order. Once your product has been dispatched, you can’t request cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, you can simply call our customer support and ask them to cancellation by providing the required details.
Once we receive a cancellation request, we will refund any prepaid amount according to our Refund Policy.
My order was canceled by the Dogfather, Why?
We deeply regret the inconvenience caused due to the cancellation of the order. The reasons regarding the cancellation of your product are as follows:
- The product was not available to us.
- There was inaccuracy in pricing.
- Credit/Debit card information provided by you was not enough or was not accurate.
We will inform you about the cancellation of the order via e-mail and SMS if your order has been canceled. Our team will contact you for additional information if the order is canceled due to inaccurate or less information from your side.
After canceling an order, I have made my mind to retain the product. What to do now?
You can call our customer support to cancel your request for cancellation. If the replacement has been dispatched, you can reject the replaced item when our delivery boy attempts to deliver the item.
