Is there any shipping charge?

No, there is no shipping charge at the Dogfather.

How does the entire delivery process work?

  • Once our backend system processes your order, we inspect the product to be shipped and once we are satisfied that the product to be shipped is in perfect condition, we confirm your order and hand it over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Our delivery partners then ensure that the product reaches you in time. In case they cannot reach you as per time convenient to you or cannot locate the address, they get in touch with you to expedite the resolution.

Where all does the Dogfather ship its products?

We ship our products all across India. Now that is absolutely fabulous news for pet parents and pets across the country.

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

Right from placing the order to it reaching your destination, we ensure that you receive proper communication about the status and whereabouts of your shipment.

You will receive communication on your registered mobile number and email ID for the following:

  • At the time of order confirmation.
  • At the time of order dispatch (with the tracking ID of the shipment sent via SMS on your registered mobile number).
  • At the time of delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time varies depending on your location. 

Does the Dogfather accept CoD payments?

Yes, we do.

Is there any CoD charge?

  • There is no CoD charge for all orders above Rs. 500.
  • For orders below Rs. 500, there is a CoD charge of Rs. 99.
  • For customers based in Jaipur, there is no CoD charge.

What to do if I found that my package is tempered or opened upon delivery?

At the Dogfather, we are committed to providing you wonderful shopping experience. However, there may be some problems with the delivery of the product. Following cases maybe there:

  • If the parcel is opened.
  • If the product is damaged or tempered.
  • If the product has been expired.

In case, the parcel is opened, please do not accept it and report to the customer support at the Dogfather immediately via E-mail or call.

If you found that the product was tempered or damaged after opening the package. You have to do the following:

  • Report the concern to the customer support at the Dogfather within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Click the images of the tempered/damaged product, and send it to the Dogfather. Images must be in .jpeg format only.
  • We will immediately get back to you and your problem will be resolved appropriately within 4-12 working days. 

In case the product has been expired:

  •  Report the concern to the customer support at the Dogfather within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and unopened.
